Join our Monday/Thursday evening sessions from July 22 to Sept 12, 2024. This dynamic pre-licensing sales associates course is tailored for busy schedules, ensuring you're prepared to breeze through the class test in just eight weeks.
Cost is $475
You must score a 70% or better on the class exam. Our courses are approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. We are State-approved!
The State requires fingerprints to be completed by a Livescan provider. We partner with a provider who will come to the school and provide fingerprint service to our students.
To apply, you must be 18 years old, answer questions about your background, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and have a valid social security number.
When you’ve completed our Pre-license course, you will be prepared to sit for the State exam with confidence! Our class pass rate is a reflection of the quality instruction we give!

Did you take a real estate class but are still struggling to pass the state exam? You may need some one-on-one time with our instructor. This is a “let’s get to it” session where we dive right into your area of struggle. Click here to register for a tutoring session.
Refunds requested in writing 30 days prior to the start date of class will be honored. Refunds will be processed and returned within 10 business days of receipt. No refund will be issued to students who do not show up for their registered class.
A student may request to move their registration to a different class date if the student requests the change in writing 15 days prior to the start of their original scheduled class.
If a student requests a class change within the 30 days timeline and the class change is approved, no refunds will be issued for the newly approved and scheduled class.
Students will have one year from the original scheduled class date to take another one of our classes. After one year, their registration will expire and no other changes will be honored.
First Class Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel classes. In this instance, a refund check (for the total amount of your payment) will be issued to you within 10 business days from the cancelation date. In the case of cancelation, the student may opt to transfer their registration to a different class within 6 months of the original course date.

Tuition includes book, study guide of important points to remember, review and a highly recommended instructor! At the end of the course, each student is given the end of class exam.
First, we do not recommend that you bring laptops. We do recommend students bring pens, highlighters, calculators, and flash cards.
